Step 1: Click on “Device Management”.

Step 2: Click on “Online Device”.

Step 3: Select the device. Click the check box next to the device.

Step 4: Click on “Add”.

Step 5: Type in the device name.
Step 6: Enter the user name and password for the device.

Step 7: Click on “Add”.

Step 8: Verify that the device is online. If it is offline, it means that the username or password you entered is incorrect.
Step 9: Click on the menu icon.

Step 10: Click on “Remote Playback”.

Step 11: Click on the frame icon.

Step 12: Select the camera view frame. We recommend using a single-view frame so you can focus more on single camera playback.

Step 13: Click on the calendar icon.

Step 14: Set the date and time.
Step 15: Click on “OK”.

Step 14: Point the cursor at the camera, and then click the Play button.

Step 15: Click on the gear icon.

Step 16: This panel contains settings for the playback that will be downloaded.
Step 17: Click on “Save”.
Step 18: Click on “File”.

Step 19: Specify the location for saving.
Step 20: Click on “Save”.

Step 21: Click on the "Scissors" icon to cut the recording down to the part that you would like to download.

Step 23: Click on “OK”.
