Step 2: Select "Product".
Step 3: Select "Network Video Recorders".

Step 4: Select “Product Series”.

Step 5: Please select your NVR series. For example, we can provide an example of the prime series.
Step 6: Select "Learn More".

Step 7: Select “Product List”.

Step 8: You can easily search and click on your NVR by scrolling.
Step 9: Alternatively, you can do a product model search for your NVR.

Step 10: Select “Download”.

Step 11: Select "Firmware".
Step 12: Select "Download".
Step 13: Make sure you download the zip file.

Step 14: Unzip your download file.

Step 15: Open the folder containing the firmware.

Step 16: In the firmware folder, there is a bin format file. This file is the NVR firmware.
