Step 1: Click on "Support" on the official IVSEC website (https://ivsecurity.com/).

Step 2: Click on “Software”.

Step 3: Scroll bar.

Step 4: Click on "Windows" if you are using the Windows operating system, or click on "Mac" if you are using the Mac operating system, to start the download.

Step 5: To start the installation, double-click the downloaded file.

Step 6: Click on “Next”.

Step 7: Click on “Next”.

Step 8: To create a desktop icon and a quick launch icon, select the check box.
Step 9: Click on “Next”.

Step 10: Click on “Install”.

Step 11: Please wait for the installation process to be completed.

Step 12: Select the check box to open the Surveillance Client directly.
Step 13: Click on “Finish”.
