Step 1: Click on “Account Management”.

Step 2: Click on the plus icon.

Step 3: Create a username.
Step 4: Create a password and repeat it.
Step 5: Set the permissions for the user (Base Right).
Step 6: Set the permissions for the user (Channel Right).

Step 7: Click on “OK”.

Step 8: A new user was added.
